FIRST STEPS FOR PROFFIT

So you are going to build a website? Before you jump into it look at what you are about to do. Remember, that a traditional business has a lot of planning and expenses associated with it. Like in Real Estate it’s, location, location, location, intense planning and building of displays, buying equipment, getting merchant accounts, finding a bank, getting vendors, acquiring insurance, securing funding, hiring an accountant, getting a lawyer, and hiring employees. Today’s explosive growth of the internet makes most of this (but not all a thing of the past) there are lots of Scams and sites that just want your money and give little in return, and hide behind the internet hoping you won’t find them. They aren't doing what they should to support their customers and they do make a lot of money. I have been scammed and it hurt I have also been tricked by fast talking salesmen. As far as a location, one important item is your Domain name, it should reflect your business Idea or Theme, you go to your web hosting company to search and acquire the name and therefore your location will be established.

Think of what you are going to do?

Are you going to be a commercial website?

An informational site, or a combination of the two?

Make the decision, decide on a name, and get your products.

There are numerous companies that offer website hosting, some are good and some are not so good. There is a real discrepancy on price, services, and convenience. Do your research before you buy any services, there are many avenues for you open and you don't have to compromise your business for companies that don't offer exceptional service. Some of the services that you should consider are 24/7 tech support, high bandwidth connection, multiple email accounts, large disk space, and something I recently experienced with a customer if you are going to send out emails some hosting companies limit the number of emails you can send out in a day. Another thing to consider is your interface to your website, you will see that a program called cpanel is great consider ease of use to minimize your frustrations when working on your site. I have a site where you can find the 10 top hosting sites according to a good friend of mine who has great insights to the Internet:
